2. Sizing & Payback Disclaimers
All solar calculations, battery yield estimations, tax credit percentages, and utility rebate values displayed on EcoRebates are mathematical simulations provided for educational and preliminary planning purposes. Actual payback periods, installation quotes, and rebate approvals will vary based on final utility inspections, physical site constraints, solar orientation, and qualified installer assessments. EcoRebates does not guarantee financial returns or policy eligibility.
3. Permitted Use & Restrictions
You are granted a limited license to perform individual calculations and query regional rebate specifications for personal or corporate feasibility analysis. You may not scrape our database, run automated scripts to extract utility rates, or attempt to disrupt the performance of our database endpoints.
4. Intellectual Property
The search layouts, ROI engine, proprietary datasets, and branding elements (including the EcoRebates name and logos) are the intellectual property of EcoRebates and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EcoRebates or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our solar sizing calculations, DSIRE compliance summaries, or administrative databases.
6. Governing Law & Updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by updating this page.
